3. Title IX protect students….
Title IX protects both male and female students in educational programs and activities from sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, by any school employee, another student, or a non- employee third party.

Who oversees policies and procedures that apply to complaints alleging sex discrimination (including sexual harassment, sexual assault and sexual violence).

Steps will be taken to protect any individual who makes a report of sexual misconduct or participates in an investigation into sexual misconduct . Such steps may include the issuing of no contact letters, changing of course schedules and/or housing assignments.
