The flexibility of Dynamics 365 allows you to customize the setup of rental terms, rental prices, and rental equipment.
Fully integrated with Dynamics, the Rental functionality has been added to the Business Manager and Sales Order ProcessorRole Centers, which provides you with a rental focused interface that works from one database. Rentals extends the power of Dynamics by providing you with specialized tools that streamline daily business operations.

Overview
Rental Management enables companies to:
- Set up a variety of rental terms based on the companies rental schemas.
- Rent units or sell items on one rental contract.
- Set up customer-specific rental pricing quickly.
- Match customer requirements by offering flexible pricing options, including optimized, pro-rated, hybrid hourly and fixed rental pricing.
- Set up damage waiver pricing to automatically charge an insurance fee to a customer.
