This reputation will be centered around quality products Use customer satisfaction to show that company is dedicated to serving customers Allow all customers to rate their product or service. Display results on homepage so that customers could easily access them. User-friendly website Display content in a way that is easy to understand and click through. Information can only be pulled up on a few computers and by authorized persons. Company’s private information getting into the wrong hands Information will be kept on a server by itself that only a few employees can and will be able to access. On this server, there will be a timely change of passwords.
