6 Challenges for Office 365 email admins
Lack of visibility when mail is delayed/broken Legacy misconfigurations that cause poor mail experience and possible security breach Valuable time spent with O365 support to debug mail flow issues

7 Mail flow insights powered by cloud intelligence
Provide real-time optics for organization’s mail flow and alert on anomalies Analyze organization’s mail flow patterns to identify misconfigurations Provide guidance/remediation action to fix problems on the spot

8 Demo – Mail flow insights
Provide real time mailflow optics Queue alert and monitor Provide historical data digest and recommendations TLS usage report forwarding insight Mail loop insight Slow mail flow rule insight

9 Demo organization – bellred.org
A mid-size company ~1000 mailboxes Recently finished migrating all mailboxes to Office 365

10 Demo 1 - Queue alert and monitor
What is it Queue monitor will provide real time queue data for s leaving O365 via a connector Queue alert will send notification to admins when queue volume exceeds a pre-defined threshold Both will provide data insights and instructions to remediate on the spot Benefit Fix problem promptly. You will no longer need to wait for your end users to tell you they have not received s for x hours You will avoid mails for the entire org from being throttled when queues become too large
