Culture Agreement Posters
Culture Journal (large poster for creative journaling)
Creativity Kit (goodies to help you create your Culture Journal in a fun way)
An easy-to-use instruction sheet will introduce you to all the pieces included in the kit.

What: A box of posters and goodies to start you on your journey
When: Arriving around March 19th
Who: Goes to administrator or co-chair
Do what: Open right away and start exploring! Put up posters, etc.

6. 2. Initial Trainings Culture Overview Training (March)
Mindfulness Workshop (March)
Jennifer will visit ACT programs
Marc will visit inpatient program

7. 2. Initial Training Goodies
What: 2 boxes of materials
When: Arriving around March 19th
Who: Leave for Jennifer & Marc
Do what: Nothing! Jen and Marc will handle it!

9. 3. Awareness of the Month
What: A box of handouts, practice tracker cards, goodies, and bonus activities
When: Arriving at the beginning of each month
Who: Goes to administrator or co-chair
Do what: Open as soon as you like and start exploring!
Then what: You’ll have a check-in meeting the second week of the month

10. 4. Monthly Mentoring Call
What: A check-in call with Jen, Marc & Steve
When: Second week of every month
Who: Your entire Culture Team (or whoever can make it to the call)
Do what: Share your experiences, ask questions, get help, etc. The call will be recorded and posted online for your reference.

11. 5. Monthly Survey What: Survey Monkey Survey When: End of the month
Who: Your entire Culture Team
Do what: Answer & few questions and let us know what worked, what didn’t, and how it could be improved.
