BPT make Culture and Business process changes – i.e. training operators to detect & defend our capabilities.
Plan for the future - I.D potential barriers to migrating and look at the next phase of maintaining or moving out.
What lessons learned can you add to his list?
Security not in place so can’t move all apps
Performance: Availability and reliability dependent on # of users (speed/access)

Focus on Security
Plan strategically for future implementation and/or next wave. (roll-back/host back up locally)
Plan for Cultural and Business Process change BPR and training/education (via DAU).
What advantages are gained by DISA’s Three-Tiered approach? Traditional computing; On-premise private cloud; off-premise commercial cloud offerings
Cost Savings – not adding new cost to move (tier 1)
Control – on premise for security apps (i.e nuclear, pos ctrl)
Flexibility based on mission requirements (choice of 3)
