Media Campaign for Elk State Forest 200,000 acres in Forest District Too much litter these days Littering Occurs on; roads, trails, viewing areas and forested lands

Objectives At the conclusion of this media campaign;
Littering will decrease by 45 percent 70 percent of state forest visitors will be affected 90 percent of area scout troops will participate
