Divide up the work on your final report. Strengthen the relationship with your project co-lead. Determine who can find external funding or support. Plan for implementing Tier III.

What worked well? How can you use that to move forward? What roles should everyone play during the transition? After? Decide what is important What do you need to do to stay on track?
