Read with an adult at school at least once a week.
Children will be given books to take home and read.
Should be reading at home at least 5 times a week (read to/ heard read).

We keep this low key for the children.

6. Homework
Maths homework will be set weekly and will be at an appropriate level for your child (paper copy).
Times tables Rockstars used in class and children should be learning them at home.
Mental Maths targets changed regularly.
Talk homework.

7. Swimming / P.E. Swimming is on a Wednesday morning
P.E. is usually on a Thursday however children should have their kit in school every day.
