Began working with Great Plains in 1992, and developed the Magnetic Media filing in 1996
Change of ownership in 2002 for a new direction using Microsoft’s .NET technology
Focused on problem solving
We simplify tax filings
We encourage companies to use FREE Dynamics GP Payroll and HR module
We’ve grown to around 150 employees today

4. Who does Greenshades Software help?

5. We help A LOT of people!
If you’re on a celebrity sightseeing double-decker tour bus ogling Justin Bieber’s mansion with 97 people… odds are Greenshades handled one of their W-2s
The math:
So 1 out of 141 is .71%.
And the “not there” case is 140/141 =   99.29%
So, if there are two people in a room then the odds somebody didn’t get our form is ^ 2= %
And therefore the odds that either of them got the form is the opposite of that… 1- (99.29^2) = %
So, the question is 1 – (99.29) ^ x = 50%
I get x = 97 people. So I think if you have 97 people in a room, the odds are that one of them got a form from Greenshades.

Greenshades is fantastic. My job would be much more difficult without Greenshades.
To have one system that processes Federal and State Taxes (and reporting) and is also a resource to our employees for check stubs and 1095C’s makes these tasks much easier.
These items would be much more difficult to manage if we had to use separate systems for each.
Additionally, Greenshades provides reminders and notification so that deadlines are not missed.
Another Great feature that we utilize regularly are the Employee Bulletins. This allows us to mass communicate with our employees regarding Newsletters, company policies, or anything else we feel like posting.
Tacala is fortunate to have a designated contact person, Sam Wampler, who is A++. Very responsive and knowledgeable. He is always concerned about what Tacala needs and responds very quickly with useful information.
The Tech help desk has also been extremely helpful. Everyone is very nice, professional, and extremely helpful.
I would and have recommended Greenshades to others.
