Access once a week. 1st Tuesday include kitchen No fridge or storage facilities in kitchen Cold showers Additional use of club facilities at huge cost plus subject to availability Lifesaving and competitions get preference – we even lose Tuesdays. Have to share with paddlers in the windy season Expensive bar Limited snacks & no control No sharing in bar profits No storage space for gazebos, cooler boxes, etc. No Guarantee of extension of lease. Full club house immediately as we share common facilities with tennis club. It means we have sufficient funds to build our own bar and braai facilities. Can add to club house in time CONS Common facilities are shared and therefore subject to availability. Terms & conditions will have to be finalised with tennis club on sharing. Terms with tennis club subject to annual renewal Restricted access over weekends - Tennis tournaments
