Awareness and Community Support
Identify important positive changes that occurred in funding, sponsorship, and participation as a result of any planned promotions and special events for Youth Art Month. Include visuals. If possible, identify value of items listed. Limit to 3 pages. Examples include Sponsorship from other organizations and businesses (i.e. events, free admission, gift cards, gift certificates, signage, food for events, free space rental) Partnerships and/or events with libraries, art centers, museums Donated product to use during events or as giveaways New awards and/or scholarships available to students Monetary donations from local businesses New county/district/region participation

Promotion Provide the following information and supporting visuals:
# of articles related to Youth Art Month (across all media and social media outlets) # of news outlets that promoted Youth Art Month (newspaper, radio, television, etc.) Social media outlets, including website, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc., and visual examples of information shared through social media Examples of flyers, newsletters, , postcards Examples of communication with sponsors (thank you cards, gift baskets) Examples of surveys with art ed members Examples of award certificates
