Malaria had been known by the ancient inhabitants of Asia and Europe, however, it has not been confirmed A French army surgeon known as Charles Louis Alphonse Laveran officially discovered malaria parasites, 1880’s Ronald Ross discovered malaria parasites inhabiting the insides of mosquitoes Latrobe university in the past had made significant effort in combatting malaria

Experts like Warwick Grant and Jeff Yeoman are trying to understand more about malaria Many scientists and researchers other than them like Leann Tilley have devoted their lives in fighting malaria So far, it has been unsuccessful, due to lack of funding and support from government But who knows, maybe in the future, something will turn up….
