Current News Release New Data highlights role of forests in fight agianst climate change The forests help the atmosphere dramatically protecting it from 11% of the green house gases. If we didn't have our forests, the atmosphere would have a rising climate. The more plants and trees planted in the forest, the more green house gases will be stored.
