EMBEDDING BUSINESS CONTINUTIY MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE CCMA BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT Business Continuity is defined by the International Standards Organization as the: "capability of the organization to continue delivery of services or products at acceptable predefined levels following disruptive incidents" Natural disaster (Flood, Earthquake etc.) Malicious (Cyber attack, Sabotage etc.) THREATS/ RISKS Accidents (Fire, utility outage etc.) Protests Business Continuity Management is the increasing of the CCMA’s resilience to absorb, respond and recover from disruptions. It is NOT a “tick in the box” or a once off exercise
