1. 2 PERSON PIVOT
If the ladder is not in the proper position for extending the fly
The butt person will give the command to pivot the ladder.

2. 2 PERSON PIVOT
The butt person will tap the beam that the ladder is to be pivoted on
In choosing the beam consideration should be given to placement after the pivot is complete

3. 2 PERSON PIVOT
The ladder may need to be pivoted 180 deg due to the fly being on the inside

4. 2 PERSON PIVOT
When doing the beam raise and the fly is towards the building
The butt person should move to the fly or building side before making the ladder vertical

5. 2 PERSON PIVOT
If the ladder will be pivoted 180 deg the recruits will remain in the boxers stance and pivot the ladder making only slight adjustments in their positions

6. 2 PERSON PIVOT
The ladder may need to be pivoted 90 deg due to a parallel raise

7. 2 PERSON PIVOT
On the command to pivot the ladder both members will lean the ladder to the desired beam
The ladder should be leaned only far enough to raise the beam slightly off the ground

8. 2 PERSON PIVOT
If the ladder will be pivoted 90 deg the recruits will stay in position on the ladder and move with the pivot

9. 2 PERSON PIVOT
The direction that the ladder is to be pivoted should aid in the proper placement of the ladder

10. 2 PERSON PIVOT
When the ladder is in the proper position with the fly out the recruits will continue raising the ladder using normal procedures
