Require a “School Report” or “Counselor Recommendation” form.
Common Application – everything will be sent electronically

Complete all personal information & education information.
Sign FERPA waiver before going to see our registrar!
Schools not on the Common Application or without electronic submission:
BRING in an addressed and stamped envelope for each college
Print and bring the School Report/Counselor Recommendation form to the registrar (Have senior classes listed and sign waiver!)

30. College Selection: College Visits
College Admissions Representatives come from all over to visit LJHS and provide students with information about the schools and programs.
You may attend up to 5 college information sessions at our school – Sign up on Naviance and obtain a pass.
The representative often reads applications from our area–introduce yourself and come armed with good questions!
If there is a session you can’t attend (due to a test or other conflict) you can leave a note for the representative.
Attending these sessions is a great way to demonstrate interest.
RACC event (college fair) on October 3 per 4/lunch!!!
