8-BIT CMOS SINGLE CHIP MICROCONTROLLER
INTRODUCTION :
HEI is proud to extend its Microcontroller product line offerings by introducing
the GMS82512/82516/82524(T) 8-bit CMOS Microcontrollers(MCUs).
These 8-bit Microcontrollers each have 12K/16K/24Kbyte Mask ROM or
24Kbyte EPROM on chip and available in 42SDIP/44MQFP.
WHAT IS IT?
The GMS82512/82516/82524(T) is functionally compatible with earlier
GMS81516B(T)/81524B(T) except change 42/44pin package.

WHO USES IT?
HEI’s 8-bit Microcontrollers(GMS82512/82516/82524(T)) can be used in
general purpose application.
Especially, major market of the devices is mid-end ~ high-end White Goods
such as airconditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.
LG Electronics developing s/w for his white goods using the devices now.
FPO(Factory Programmed OTP) :
GMS82524T can be delivered as FPO Product.
It is convenient for user to reduce writing time in Mass-Production.
