Review Alliteration is repetition of initial consonant sound.
Consonance is repetition of consonant sound at the middle or end of words. Assonance is repetition of vowel sounds.

Alliteration Repetition of initial consonant sound.
تكرار أول حرف ساكن في الكلمة في البيت A consonant is not a vowel. الحرف الساكن وليس حرف العلة Example Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.

Consonance Repetition of a consonant sound that is not at the beginning of the word. تكرار حرف ساكن وسط الكلمة A consonant is not a vowel. Example All mammels named Sam are clammy.

Assonance Repetition of vowel sound.
تكرار حرف من حروف العلة في البيت الواحد Vowels = a, e, i, o, u Examples “That solitude which suits abstruser musings” – “Hear the mellow wedding bells.”
