1.    Foster leadership development, financial vitality and cultural awareness for the membership by implementing NSBEpreneur: Business Plan Competition and Elevator Pitch Competitions at FZC and FRC.
a.    NSBEpreneur: Business Plan Competition- There will be competition scrimmage at NJ, Metro-LI, Upstate and NEZ Zone Conference; at least 2 business groups will face off for practice and get feedback from judges to prepare them for main competition at FRC.
b.    NSBEpreneur: Elevator Pitch Mixer- Will occur at FRC, competitors will be in a room of undercover judges and non-judges alike and you will have to pitch your business idea to whomever you speak to not knowing who the judges are.
