Hanaan, whose uncle owns a bookstore in Dammam, will be in charge of acquiring eligible workers and supplies, and making sure the supplies are of good quality. After the sixth month onwards, one meeting each month must be held in order to briefly discuss the successes, weaknesses and strengths of the business on Sundays.

10 In each meeting, each group member must be confident in presenting his/her successes and failures, and should be obliged to present new information at a regular basis. Emergent situations that may arise that need immediate discussions could be discussed over social networking applications such as WhatsApp (our first priority). Public announcements and advertising will be displayed over Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

There are some small issues that may face the project. Like, Norah when she has class at university and meeting for project at the same time. How she follows others by the uses of communication ways. The hard job that Arwa has with controlling members and keep their working go in order. What is the right thing that can Arwa dealing with it when she faces a problem such as Norah’s to keep the team cohesiveness? The project gives them the power and enough experience to get a better working in future.
