Plan and safeguard service package for SAP S/4HANA
Planning the Digital Transformation
Planning activities to define the implementation strategy, identify dependencies and prerequisites, and define the target architecture
Safeguarding
Core activities to safeguard the project that include analyzing and optimizing selected core business processes regarding performance, data consistency, and exception management, this includes a system performance check and addressing technical risks prior to go-live and during the production cutover/handover phase. Also includes comprehensive status of technical go-live readiness for validated core business processes (e.g. integration validation matrix).
Engagement Foundation
Definition of the collaboration and governance model for the SAP Value Assurance service package delivery in cooperation with your or your implementation partner’s project lead. Definition and scoping of the action plan containing all services delivered by SAP and support for setup of the project’s quality gates whilst using best practices developed by SAP to ensure success.
Includes deliverables/elements such as a Technical Quality Manager, the SAP Control Center Framework (SAP Mission Control Center, SAP Innovation Control Center), and Mission Critical Support and optionally an Agile Methodology and Tools Coach.
