This is a brief introduction to some “other” features of Sierra Create Lists. How use Import Records to create a Review File from a list of record numbers (any type) Build a .TXT file of Record Numbers to load Include the Record Type and Rec#: e.g. b Check digit is optional: e.g. b File may have other data in it Click on a large-enough empty Review File Click on “Import Records” button Name the Review file Set the Store Record Type Click Choose File; find yours Click Import WILIUG Spring, 2017
