2. Focused Outreach Effort
Emergency Preparedness-focus on outreach efforts to prevent spills, incidents, non-reporting.
Big push for outreach in Region 8. We hope to capitalize and grown relationships with our state and industry partners.

4. Provide assistance to R8 states and partners.
Our goals:
Concerted effort for someone from the unit to attend SERC meetings in R8.
As time and budget allow, we hope to expand attendance at LEPC meetings.
Currently we attend as many local LEPCs as possible but hope to expand that into other regional states.
Provide assistance to R8 states and partners.

Late Oct- ND Haz Chem conference
Mid-Nov-TERC 101 workshop Lower Brule, SD
Dec/Jan- assist Arista-Tek with Tier II Submit (Provided general Tier II Submit training as WY has new reporting mechanism).
