Active customer incentive
1 Payout amount a Biometric and Non-Biometric b Active customer incentive Paytm Partners Biometric (Rs) Non Biometric (Rs) Biometric and Non-Biometric 20 15 Active customer Incentive For each biometric KYC process an amount of Rs. 20 is paid out as commission and Rs. 15 for non biometric. 1 1 2 Once the KYC lead has been submitted on GG app, from the next day till end of next calendar month if customer makes transaction then Paytm partner would receive an incentive amount of Rs. 20 for Biometric and Rs.15 for non biometric. 2a 2 Key definitions; Active customer incentive pay-out triggers when customer does min. 1 transaction of >= Rs 50 on: Recharge, Bill Pay, Ticketing E-commerce Off Us P2B/P2P transaction or Transaction to offline merchants NOT to be considered Period for active transactions can be from the next day of KYC lead submission on GG App till end of next calendar month (transactions on day of KYC lead submission not considered) On minimum 1 payment of >50 on recharge, bill pay , ticketing, e-commerce, off us by customer post KYC, partner would receive incentive amount. 2a

Active customer incentive- Scenarios
2 Active customer incentive- Scenarios Scenario 1: Post biometric KYC once the lead is submitted on GG App, next day customer does a mobile recharge of Rs.55 though his Paytm wallet, in this case Paytm partner receives an amount of Rs. 20 as incentive. Scenario 2: Paytm partner does a paper KYC for customer and then on the 3rd day he books a flight ticket worth Rs. 3,000. Partner receives an incentive of Rs. 15. Scenario 3: Paytm partner does a biometric KYC for customer, lead is not yet submitted on GG app and customer does a mobile recharge of Rs. 50 on the same day. Partner would get 0 incentive. Incentive would only trigger once the lead is submitted on GG app. Scenario 4: Post biometric KYC once the lead is submitted on GG App, next day customer transfer money to his bank and pays to another Paytm wallet. Partner gets 0 incentive as incentive does not trigger on P2P or P2B or to offline merchant transactions.

When the payout is released?
3 Payout cycle When the payout is released? Paytm partner would receive the total amount (KYC+active customer incentive) on a weekly basis on every Tuesday. The amount would be credited to his Paytm wallet after valid tax amount deductions.

What are the tax deductions?
4 TDS Deduction What are the tax deductions? Paytm partner would receive the payout after deduction of valid taxes. It’s mandatory for every partner to submit their PAN details. On submission of PAN a flat rate of 10% would be deducted on the total earning on weekly basis. If partner fails to submit PAN details then a flat a rate of 20% would be deducted on the total earning.
