To place 12 Adults with Learning Disabilities Autism into paid work each year.
To successfully pilot a LD Apprenticeship with up to 4 young people.
To role out Apprenticeships and scale up in 2018.
Work with other organisations delivering Supported employment to ensure best practice and model fidelity.
