JAY (Jan Aushadhi Yojana)
a) Implementing agencies by BPPI ( Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India)
b) So far, working stores are 108 where there are 450 medicines produced .The goal of the Govt. is to increase the working stores for generic medicine to 3000 and medicines to crores has been sanctioned for this project in 2017.
c) Encouragement for the private sector to get involved as partners is initiated by the Govt.
