1. About RISEC
RISEC stands for Regional IEEE Student Engineers Contest; Organized by IEEE Egyptian Student Branches in the aim of developing students, increasing their awareness of market needs and professionalism, which finally will make every team as an entrepreneur and deal with real world needs and its dynamic demands

2. RISEC Vision
To improve students’ capabilities and awareness in both technical and business aspects and involving them in current market dynamic demands and stimulating their creative thinking to solve problems, and encourage them to be the new entrepreneurs of the future

3. RISEC Mission
Providing contests to students where they work in teams to solve business problems or provide new solutions to market, where their technical, soft skills and awareness of market are increased

4. Contest Categories
 Basic level: A contest for preparatory and first year engineering students where teams will solve technical problems assigned by university professors which are suitable to their technical knowledge
 Advanced level: A contest for second and third year students where teams will work on their idea based on a market research to start thinking creatively how to satisfy the market needs

7. Registration
Name for each team
A team consists of 2 members (minimum), up to 6 members (maximum).
Only one member of the team registers one time for the whole team.
You woll be taught how to choose the proper project.
