The Shack
A Christian film The Shack (12A) is being retained for a second week at Leeds Showcase de Lux until Thurs.22nd June. Daily performances are at 4.20pm, 7.20pm and 10.20pm until Wednesday.  (On Monday there will only be the 7.20pm performance.)
Next Thursday the showings will be at 10.15am and 1.15pm.

Spring harvest event
THE YBA’s legal and property officer, the Revd Ann Chesworth is delighted to announce that Spring Harvest is coming to Harrogate next year. Ann, who is minister at Harrogate Baptist Church, writes: “It will be held at the International Conference Centre from Tuesday 3rd April – Saturday 7th April 2018.  More details will follow but Spring Harvest always attracts good speakers and it will be a great opportunity for worship and fellowship, so advance notice of the dates might help in planning your holidays next year!”
She adds: “There will be a leaders’ lunch on June 15th when you can find out more information and get some free food!  If you'd like to attend, please let me know.”

Wednesday – WOW youth group for Years 8+ in Chapel Allerton Methodist Hall.

STEWARDING FOR THE ARTS FESTIVAL –
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Chapel Allerton Arts Festival is the weekend of the 1st - 3rd September and as well as volunteering to man the Chapel A stand, you could get involved by stewarding for the Festival itself. It's not hard, only takes a couple of hours and it's good fun, wearing a high-vis jacket, smiling lots and helping out on the gates! The Festival needs more volunteers, so please use this great opportunity to get more involved in our community. Full training is provided, 2 hour shifts on Friday evening, Sat morning, lunch or evening or Sunday. Contact the Head Steward or fill in the form on the website Thank you.
