If the supplier’s OASIS database coordinator concurs with your request, you will be notified via from the OASIS database when your supplier(s) AS9100, AS9110, or AS9120 certification expires, is withdrawn, completes a successful AS9100 audit, etc. CB audit report summaries are posted in OASIS. This system is known as the “OASIS Feedback Loop” and can be an invaluable resource helping monitor your supplier’s Quality Management Systems.  NOTE: Suppliers can deny requests for access to their OASIS database information so your company should consider including the requirement for access to information in the OASIS database, including audit results, in future contractual/purchase order requirements.
