How it works When you write in a diary/journal your mind relieves stress. Everything in your head comes on paper, leaving weight off you. Moreover, its really healthy for your body to loose everything that is trapped inside your head. This is a really good remedy for you. Moreover, instead of hurting someone, yelling, or screaming you could loose your Stress the calm way. TIP: You could also just get piece of paper and write in it to a friend or someone your really mad at. You don’t have to give it to them afterwards. When you have cleaned your mind and emotions just rip, shred, or tear it apart. You will feel much better.

When To Write You can basically write in your journal/ diary whenever you feel like to. There doesn’t have to be a specific time, but you could write in it after dinner time, before you go to sleep, whenever you have time. Or if you are going on vacation by car, you can write in your diary while your parents are driving you. It is a perfect way to use your time wisely.

Plan Make time for yourself to write. (Before bed, after lunch etc..)

My Personal Advice I do have a Diary, I just like to jot down memories, what I have encountered, or ideas. Its really Interesting seeing what I have written in the past. Also its really funny seeing how much my writing has improved. If I’m sad, bored, or if I have a lot to write I would write in my diary. I am very happy I have something that records how my life has been so far, because sometimes you don’t always remember everything. Though I don’t write down every single detail, just important details. Overall, I do think a diary/journal really helps you calm down your negative emotions and its very fun/interesting looking back. I really suggest it.
