A very vital exercise for persons of all age groups.
Swimming A very vital exercise for persons of all age groups. Co-ordination of all parts of the body. Limbs become strong and stress resistant.

Dancing An exercise for the entire body. Physically and mentally a person feels active and relaxed after dancing. A good sight for the eyes of the audience. People seeing as well as dancing enjoy mutually.

Exercises are practised from age old time by our old yogis and saints.
Body & Mind are both brought under control. Very acute diseases are also believed to be cured by practicing yoga regularly. Yoga

Cycling It is a good exercise for the legs and hands.
Children in the age group of 8-15 grow taller if they cycle regularly. We sweat a lot during cycling which helps in losing excess fat.

Running For growing children running is a must for growing taller and for good stamina. People with heart ailments and diabetes practice jogging every morning .
