But Abraham armed his servants and went after him, separated himself by night. See when he caught him? In the nighttime. Oh, brother, we're working in darkness now; the only Light we have is the Gospel Light. But he separated himself, and caught him, and brought him back. And on his road back, after the battle was over...

4. …Amen. And what did He do? After the battle was over, after Abraham had took his position...
After the church takes its position, we're called to the adoption of sons by the Holy Spirit. And when each man takes his position, what God has called him to do, and stand to the end of the road, going after the lost...

5. WHO.IS.THIS.MELCHISEDEC_ JEFF.IN V-5 N-10 SUNDAY_ 65-0221E
Notice, after the battle was over, Melchisedec served His victorious child communion; think of that, part of Himself! Now we want to see here. In type here is, in view, the communion. After the battle, He gave of Himself, because the communion is part of Christ. And after the struggle is over, after you've done got yourself whipped out, then is when you partake of Christ, become part of this Being. You get it?

6. Jacob wrestled all night, and wouldn't turn Him loose until He blessed him. That's right. Battled for Life! And after the battle is over, then God gives you of Himself. That is His true communion. The little bread and wafer just represents It. You shouldn't take it 'less you've wrestled it out and become part of God.

51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

...The only thing you have to do is just partake of Him, freely, God's provided way. No pumping, no pushing, no nothing; just take of It, freely. Nothing you have to do; just partake of It. That is, just believe It. That's all I can say to it.
They never had to do anything for it. Never had to dig for it. They never had to get down and cry all night, for it. They just partook of it; it was smitten and ready. That's right.

14. COMMUNION_ JEFF.IN V-10 N-1 SUNDAY_ 62-0204
Yes, He is the Word. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh and dwelled among us." And we are to eat His body. Then His body is His Word, because He is the Word. And He said in St. John 15, "If ye abide in Me, and My communion, My Word, abides in you, then you can ask what you will and it'll be done for you." There you are. That's true. See, ask what you will.

15. 1Co 11:24 ... Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
1Co 11: This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

16. THE.FAITH.OF.ABRAHAM_ LA.CA WEDNESDAY_ 59-0415E
E Sure, one of these days we're going to take communion again when the battle is over. When we brought back the lost children, the lost sheep of the fold, have brought them back into reconciliation, and life is finished, then we'll have communion again with the Melchisedec of heaven, Christ. He will bring out the bread and wine, and we'll enjoy it together.

17. Mat 26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.

18. WHO.IS.THIS.MELCHISEDEC_ JEFF.IN V-5 N-10 SUNDAY_ 65-0221E
But Melchisedec, after His child Abraham had won the victory, Melchisedec met him and gave him wine and bread; showing that after this earthly battle is over, we will meet Him in the heavens and take the communion again. It'll be the Wedding Supper. "I will not drink no more of the vine, or eat the fruit, until I eat it and drink it with you, anew, in My Father's Kingdom." Is that right?

19. Notice again, Melchisedec went to meet Abraham before he got back home. What a beautiful type here we have! Melchisedec meeting Abraham before he got back home, after the battle.
We meet Jesus in the air, before we get Home. That's right. Second Thessalonians tells us that, for, "we meet Him in the air." A beautiful type of Rebekah meeting Isaac, in the field, in the cool of the day. "We meet Him in the air."

20. Joh 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

21. THE.COMMUNION_ JEFF.IN ER 21-34 THURSDAY_ 57-0418
And this same Melchisedec said, "I will take no more of the fruit of the vine until I drink it new with you in My Father's Kingdom." After the battle is over, when the victory is won, then we'll take it anew in His Kingdom. When the last battle is fought, when the last sword has killed the last evil of the world, and the great Church of the living God triumphs, Christ will meet them in the air with the bread and the wine again, the communion, and for eternity in the Presence of the Father.

Joh 13:1 Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
