2016 Scorecard Our scorecards give information about our client groups and their rehabilitation outcomes. Long-Term Residential Rehabilitation in Wellington Number of clients: --One client was newly admitted in 2016. --Three clients exited our service in 2016. --11 clients had a full year of rehab in our service during 2016. Diagnoses: % of clients Traumatic brain injury 80% Non-traumatic brain injury (stroke, lack of oxygen, or illness) 20% Length of stay: --Average: 2.4 years. --Range: a few weeks to more than 5 years. 15 clients served in 2016 Genders: Some clients have rehabilitation that is aimed at achieving greater levels of independence, while some clients have higher needs and have a home for life at ABI Rehabilitation. Therefore, different assessments are completed with the different client groups. The general goals of long-term residential rehabilitation are to: 87% 13% Maintain function Encourage integration Enhance quality of life Give satisfaction Ethnicities: Function Community Integration Quality of life Satisfaction Test FIM: Functional Independence Measure MPAI: Mayo-Portland Adaptability Index QOLIBRI: Quality of Life after Brain Injury Satisfaction Surveys Test ranges 18 (worst) to 126 (best). Higher scores are better. 100 (worst) to 0 (best).
