Neighbourhood teams Steering Groups Established Action Plan agreed Workshop held on 22nd October at Brookside for VCFS partners. The South Ribble workshop was held on 13 December. One Page profile events held at Brookside on 3rd December with a follow up event on 17th December and 14 January with a follow event to take place on 28 January. One Page profile events currently in the planning stage for South Ribble & West Lancs GPs in each area identified Communication Plan being developed Local Directory of Services being developed Data Set and Outcomes being established Case Studies being identified New area in Preston identified
