2. PROPOSAL Partnership with Weber State Athletics
Football and Basketball In-Game Promotion- “Mr. Freebie”
This is a new and unique opportunity to reach our fan base during game play. An announcement before the game, “Keep your eye out for Mr. Freebie who will be passing out free items from our sponsors throughout the game.” Mr. Freebie will be the equivalent of a Hawker at baseball games, but will pass out free items promoting your company. Mr. Freebie will walk around with a box and gear logoed as Wing Nutz, passing out promotional materials (Such as Wing Nutz Sports bandanas or gifts). This promotion will happen 4 times throughout the game, 1 time for each sponsor.

3. PROPOSAL Official Viewing Location
Weber State will make Wing Nutz an official viewing location of all men's basketball and football away games. This will include:
Announcement during game that Wing Nutz is an official viewing location of Weber State basketball and football. This will be accompanied with digital floor and video board signage, two time a game.
Video Board Feature. The Wing Nutz- Nutty Play of the Game.
1 hour visit from Waldo and members of the cheer squad.
Basketball and Football ticket giveaways. Weber State will give Wing Nutz 100 basketball and football tickets to give away for promotions determined by sponsor.
