Approached about a group using the McSwain Center
Used this as an “opportunity” to reach new audiences
Worked out agreement to transition group into 4-H Club

4. Keys to Success Develop the relationship first
Find a way to “translate” the value of 4-H to parents
Encourage the kids to try everything at least once
