6 Training activities to increase knowledge
pedagogical approaches and technical issues Two dimensions of spreading teaching competencies and expertise in multidisciplinary area of public health Having in mind that, only by growing in both axes we can significantly contribute to realization of all defined objectives, we are planning to organise events hosted by experienced EU partners in specific fields (e.g. workshops, training including virtual, expert visits), while joint multidisciplinary training events aimed on sharing experience in pedagogical approaches and technical issues will be hosted in ME. specific fields

Task 2.1 Analyses of teaching approaches commonly used in ME Task 2.2 Teaching competencies development of academic staff from ME Task 2.3 Strengthening cooperation with EU authorities in healthcare education M3: Enhance expertise in public health among staff member at ME HEI M4: Established connections and signed agreements with EU associations, agencies and HEIs in public health indicators: organized 11 trainings for 4 thematic groups, evaluation results and self-reported improvements by trainees, 25 established links and connections / certificates

8 Task 2.1 Analyses of teaching approaches commonly used in ME
Deliverable: Summarizing results with research results Due to: Research over existing teaching models applied at ME HEIs point of evidence-based teaching approaches integrated real case examples from public health domains current teaching competencies of educators in interdisciplinary fields of public health, etc. Research results will serve as a basis for planning and preparing training events for staff members from ME partner institutions. Mail Ivana: key aim of D2.1 is to identify some of training contents that EU partners will organise for us during WP2-4, and  related to: teaching approaches, evidence based learning and teaching, evaluation of teaching/learning fields of public health (specificity related to widely used approaches, if applicable), e-learning tools, etc.

11 Task 2.2: Teaching competencies development of academic staff from Montenegro
Task co-leaders: UHEI (Germany), UoA (Greece), DE (Hungary); Support: UMIT (Austria) and all ME partner institutions Task: Leading EU partner institutions will host eleven training events for staff members participating in the thematic working group they are leading. Aim: on enhancing teaching and expert competencies in specific field of public health

Deliverable/results/outcomes: Training events organised for educators from 4 thematic groups (hosted by EU leading institutions) and joint training events organized in ME. Activities 2.2 M7 Hungary M9 Montenegro M11 Greece M13 Montenegro M15 Austria M17 Germany Deliverable/results/outcomes: Training materials, minutes from the event, and training evaluations will be published on the project web site After meeting in Athens and Heidelberg, each meeting will be organised together with training activities (for those events, 7 days are planned - it is how you can easily see in Budget Table). During meetings in Athens and Heidelberg we shall discuss and agreed about training topics for each thematic group, etc. Also, prof.dr Roza Adany from Derbrecen, Hugary expressed the need to discuss training topics earlier (since she is hosting in early September). My suggestions was: after creating thematic groups, she can start definition of training topics for medicine and law. Due dates: , , , , ,

15 Task 2.3: Strengthening cooperation with EU authorities in public health education
External expert will be also engaged aimed on providing connections with existing joint Erasmus Master programs (e.g. EU-HEM), relevant EU associations (e.g. EFMI, ASPHER, IMIA, etc.), as a key strategic orientation of ME HEIs aimed on increasing internationalisation and visibility. Task co-leaders: UHEI (Germany) Support: all EU and ME partner institutions Aim: Building grounds for further capital development of educators in public health through entering into European associations for public health educators fulfilling their requirements at institutional and professional levels certifying teachers in interdisciplinary public health domains Medical Informatics in Montenegro: research and practice Presenter: Assist.Prof.dr Ivana Ognjanovic fulfilling their requirements at institutional and professional levels (e.g. APHEA- Association of Schools of Public Health in the European Region, etc.)., certifying teachers in interdisciplinary public health domains (e.g. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) ), etc.
