IMAGE CONTENT- A broad depth of field is used so that every bit of detail of the scene is shown. A fast shutter speed is used which means no action in the shot is blurred. The photograph follows the rule of thirds. The men are in the left and right verticals and the coffins are in the centre third. There is also a coffin in each of the horizontal thirds. It is a high angle shot and we are looking down observing what is going on. The lighting in the photograph highlights the coffin which doesn’t have a lid, which suggests they are waiting for the nest body to be brought out. The colours of the coffins: reds, yellows, oranges, signifies the colours of fire. IMAGE CONTENT- The image shows a couple stood on a roof. It shows them hugging and looking worried that they are trapped on the roof by the flood. A quite fast shutter speed is used in the image because of the water flowing and the trees swaying in the wind. The image uses a broad depth of field because there is no blur in the photograph and to show the full extent of the flood. The image follows the rule of thirds because the couple are on the left vertical. Their face and their upper bodies are on the top-left golden point to emphasise the emotion. The image also emphasises how isolated the couple are. The clothing that they are wearing signifies it is hot weather. We don’t expect flooding and it reinforces how unusual it is.

IMAGE CONTENT- This photograph was taken the day after the British Soap Awards. This image is a paparazzi photograph. The photograph uses fast shutter speed to capture the moment, the celebrities are walking so if it was using a slow shutter speed then they would be blurry. The image is a long-shot, showing full body so they can see their outfits. The photograph doesn’t really follow the rule of thirds because of the time the photographer had. Quite a broad depth of field because they are all in focus. The body language of the celebrities is very negative and it looks like they don’t want their photo taken. They are wearing sunglasses at night to hide their eyes. They were caught off guard in their private lives.

PURPOSE- To provide information. Two celebrities on a night out.
IMAGE CONTENT- The photos are taken quickly to capture the moment so not much thought was given to the composition. Fast shutter speed is used to capture the moment. Broad depth of field is used so most of the images are in focus. Flash used to light up as much of the scene as possible. It is quite a harsh light. They’re crouching down to hide from the lens, they didn’t want their photos taken. Their body language say they’re not happy and don’t want their photo’s taken, Harry looking down and James looking angry. In the second photo we see the paparazzi at work and how much of scrum/fight to get the picture. The celebrities are surrounding by paparazzi. There’s no escape from the lens. They’ve been caught off guard in a private moment.

IMAGE CONTENT- For fashion your going to be focused on the girl and what she's wearing. The image follows the rule of thirds and the girl is in the left vertical. She is also in both of the golden points on the left side. Clothes she’s wearing is the same as the sand and the sea so she stands out more. Her posture makes you focus on her more.
