How to define a Educational System
The Educational System is defined by two objectives: 1. Primary Education and continuous of the agents and human resources from the educational system. 2. Pedagogic advice in the schools. Education for the development of educational activities in institutions no school related. Duration of the studies

Develop basic tools to guide the systematization processes of experience in teacher education , primary and continuous. Develop and implement a Laboratory of Teacher Education according to what was established on the article 76 of the National Law of Education. Implement the Center of Information and Documentation.
