4. This year’s proposal: Keeps and renovates all existing spaces.
Constructs only new spaces for the existing student population beyond the current building’s capacity.
Creates a Career Technology feeder program at the middle school level.
Centralizes all District-wide services in one location.

Was designed to the typical level of detail of a traditional bond project.
The result was a design that resembled a bubble diagram within the footprint of the site.
This level of detail would be considered a Schematic Diagram.

11. This year’s proposal: Provides far greater detail of the spaces.
Represents a true Conceptual Drawing.

19. This year’s proposal responds to the needs:
Currently we have:
Only six classrooms with 950 sq ft.
Only one full science lab.
Only three fully-outfitted science classrooms.
Diminished Career Tech spaces.
Limited use by community, and each with exposure to other high school spaces.
Inefficient building and mechanical systems.
Only opportunity for video teleconferencing is for rural students.
Security is compromised.
The proposed project provides:
34 classrooms with 950 sq ft.
Four full science labs.
Ten fully-outfitted science classrooms.
Full-sized Career Tech spaces.
Greater opportunities for community use with greater control.
Fully automated and controlled, efficient building and mechanical systems.
VTC opportunities for all students.
Fully secure building.
