2 Bhutan CCM Structure Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM), a country-level partnership of stakeholders, responsible for developing and submitting grant proposals, nominating Principal Recipients, and providing oversight to grant implementation. Principal Recipient, Ministry of Health is the designated/ chosen by the CCM to receive funding from the Global Fund, implement programs, and distribute funds to sub-recipients. CCM Secretariat, responsible for day-to-day operations, coordinating meetings and assist the CCM in overseeing grant implementation.
