The ancestors of Steve & Paul Beam, were distillers for five generations before Prohibition interrupted. Dating back to 1795 when Jacob Beam sold his first barrel of corn whiskey.
Limestone Branch Distillery was founded using recipes and family knowledge gleaned from previous generations.

Stop on the Kentucky Craft Bourbon Trail, offering tours seven days a week
9,000 square foot property includes distillery, visitor center, warehouse, retail shop, bar and an outdoor patio and garden
Barrel a day operation – with a capacity of 40,000 proof gallons per year
Grains are locally sourced, fermented using original family yeast strand dating back to pre-prohibition, and distilled with an alembic copper pot still – the result is a clean, full bodied spirit
Every bottle is hand filled and hand labeled

Tasting Notes: Crafted using some of the finest hand-selected 4-year and 7-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon barrels available.
Nose – Leather and dried fruit with a slight hint of citrus and smoky oak
Taste – Spicy rye with soft leathered cherries fading to smoked caramel
Finish – A memorable finish, rich with brown sugar and Kentucky tradition

6. Yellowstone Limited Edition 2017
For our 2017 release, we’ve married hand-selected, extra-special Kentucky Bourbons with the finest of our own stock, distilled here at Limestone Branch. This alliance is consummated in once-filled, double seasoned wine barrels which are toasted and then lightly charred – where the whiskey intensifies and evolves. At just the right moment, it emerges with a complexity & character unlike any to come before it. Earthy – dark and rick – with a nose of toasted oak, caramel & butterscotch at the front of the palette, giving way to rich leather and charred oak on the finish. From our hearts to fill your glass

7. Minor Case Rye Whiskey
To Craft Only the Finest Whisky, that was Minor Case’s mission in life, he never settled for less. In our release, Minor Case Whiskey, we explore what might have been if the talent-fueled M. C. Beam had the opportunity to have his stills unsilenced and his production reawakened through prohibition.
Tasting Notes: 2-Year Straight Rye Whiskey with sherry cask finish which gives it a smooth mouth feel and unusual notes such as dark fruits and spices.
