Approved by MDE/OEAA CEPI establishes SEE in EEM MSDS submitted with SEE code as building code MSDS must also contain resident district codes

AYP and Reporting Data sent to resident district used for AYP purposes only Assessments will continue to be administered at operating district Data remains at educating entity for other Federal and State reporting purposes
