Report of Learning/Report Card
Progress reports: Sent home every 4 ½ weeks Report cards: Sent home at the end of each 9 weeks grading period Reporting Legend for K-2 report cards: All standards are end of the year goals and are expected to be met independently by the end of the school year. Academic Grading Scale: 3- Consistently demonstrates mastery of the standard 2-Sufficient progress toward mastery of the standard by the end of the year 1-Insufficient progress toward mastery of the standard by the end of the year

Science and Social Studies Specials: PE, Music, Art, Spanish, Technology, Counseling Behaviors that Support Learning Grading Scale: S- Satisfactory- Consistently demonstrates the behavior N- Needs improvement- Inconsistently demonstrates the behavior U- Unsatisfactory- Rarely demonstrates the behavior and learning is affected

Flexible Seating Seating options: Why our kiddos need it!
Requests that students are more self-aware about their learning and what works best for them Uses up excess energy Increases motivation and engagement Gives students a choice in a room that is designed for THEM! Seating expectations: Choose a working spot that helps you do your best. Use each seat the right way. If a spot is not working, MOVE Take care of your seat, and clean up your area. I can move you at anytime if you do not follow the rules. Seating options: Bouncy bands on regular chairs Standing table Stools Yoga balls Wobble cushions Carpet squares Lap desks Kneeling pads Ottomans and dry erase tables Coffee table and cushions Rug Stage!
