*((Infant Mortality))*
You can help them...
2
*((What is infant mortality?))*
Infant Mortality is the death rate of babies who die before the age of one. The most common cause of infant mortality worldwide has traditionally been dehydration. In Undeveloped countries, infant mortality rates are high because they do not have the same supplies and healthy diets as children in Developed countries have.

*((How This website can help))*
An estimated four million babies every year die before they are one month old. Women and Children First (WCF) improves the health and welfare of women and children in poor communities, with a particular focus on pregnancy and the first month of life. WCF ensures that women have a say in the decisions that influence their health. They achieve this through the formation of women’s groups, who work together to prioritise maternal and newborn health problems and identify low-cost solutions.
6
*((how your donations can help))*
By donating to the WCF you can make a difference. £2 – pays for a woman to have a safe delivery £5 - pays for one woman to attend a women’s group for a year £50 - pays for a women's group facilitator for a year £80 - runs a women’s group for a year £100 - saves a mother's life in Nepal £210 - saves a newborn's life in rural Bangladesh £500 - saves two babies' lives in Nepal
