We are a one stop provider of all our patients medical needs. We offer a wide range of services including on-site pharmacy and transportation to and from our main office.

PDCHC was formally known as The Neighborhood Health Center, the name change took place in 1987.
PDCHC moved from their old building to the current location in July 2002
Park DuValle Community Health Center is a federally funded, non-profit organization.
Cost of care is determined by an individual’s ability to pay, with or without health insurance (sliding scale).
PDCHC has 3 Satellite locations, Park DuValle at City View, Newburg and Spencer Co.
