3 What do we do? MIRG Awareness Understanding Networking
Educated reasoning Learn about socio- economic problems Like-minded people, organizations form teams Ability to bring about change

4 How we do it Meet once in two weeks during the semester
Typically on Saturdays 7-8:30pm. Once a week during vacations. Read a relevant paper/article(s) each week. Brainstorm about issues related to topic of discussion.

5 Who we are We want to be aware of the issues, to be in a better position to bring about changes. 85 people worldwide on the mailing list. 8-10 people [mostly MIT students] in regular meetings.
