You are creating a family of Ninsects! You are going to uncover as many facts about them as possible- and Draw/Create them based on their physical features (phenotypes).
You will need:
1 mom & 1 dad Data sheet – information provided by the DNA lab
Colored pencils
drawing paper
1 Ninsect data table
Brain on
Creative Juices flowing

2. Steps 1-4: 1. Fill in the table for “Mom” and “Dad”. Draw them both!

Steps 1-4:

Determine the phenotypes and genotypes for their child. Record in data table.
4. Draw the child!

3. NINSECTS
Steps 5-8:
25 years pass and the ninsect child is getting married! Find their spouse titled “in-law”.
6. Determine the genotypes and phenotypes of the Ninsect In-Law
Draw the in-law!
Now the youngest Ninsect and its spouse (the in-law) are having a baby! Determine the genotypes and phenotypes of the baby Ninsect.
