Why ASTRA
Some SPICE case studies are more detailed, some are rather limited in scope
Nonetheless they show you a broad spectre of potential ways and means to carry out a successful case study
ASTRA is an example linked to human resources development and career enhancement which is a key topic of SPICE as far as I am concerned
The results from the ASTRA case can be used as model for questions we will ask during our field work

In 2005, Astra initiated the Astra Development Centre, which responds to identify, assess and develop future leaders through regular training and career development programmes. In addition, participants can benefit from a rigorous mentoring system conducted by experienced business persons

Building a supportive working environment is a key aspect of human resource management and Astra actively engages in activities to ensure that this is an ongoing process. Every year, coordinated by the Industrial Relations Department, Astra conducts the Astra Industrial Relations Assessment (AIRA)
